1. Observe carefully

When we look around us, a lot of things occur. Observing these movements, talks and emotions is very important. Watch the facial gestures, emotions and postures of the person in front of you. This will help enhance your skills.

2. Understand the psychology of non-verbal communication with your observation

Remember, there are no signs of betrayal or cheating. You need to understand them from the gestures and postures of the person you are dealing with. If you see no single gesture or certain involuntary muscle contractions on the face of the person, then the person is lying. Voice, gestures and postures all express fear and anxiety when a person is lying. This body language will help you determine if a person is lying or not.

3. Recognize and decode non-verbal behavior

For some people, certain movements are nearly impossible to control, especially when they are lying or hiding facts. Pulling the corners of the mouth etc. is an example of this behavior.

Comfort and discomfort are two very prominent expressions. A person will feel relaxed and at ease when he is comfortable. On the contrary, a person may look tensed, walk here and there, keeps getting angry or just look restless if he has certain discomfort. Understand these feeling before you draw conclusions.
