Research and studies show an incredible increase in the ratio of Indian women getting Cardiac diseases. According to medical experts the count will increase in the future. The risk is much higher in working women as compared to the women who are not working.

Stress and over exertion is the main reason for this risk. Today, like the women of the west and other parts of the world, Indian women have become career oriented. They are highly qualified and can work as efficiently as their male counterparts.

But as compared to the ladies in other countries, an Indian woman has additional household responsibilities. Not all men in India share the work at home. A woman has to work overtime to balance her personal and professional work.

They are likely to be affected with various other ailments like cholesterol, depression, joint pains and many others. Ladies who have a lot of desk work lack exercise.   • Follow a strict and balanced diet. For no reason whatsoever, should she skip her afternoon meals.

  • A slight change in the normal health condition should be checked immediately.

Following these steps will help women reduce heart attack risk and other major illness. Women should never feel that only men face a high heart disease risk.
