I am Rhythm Rastogi of 9th Grade, Navrachana Sama.

I love meeting new people, doing social work and drawing and painting. My other interests include  drama,dancing, cooking, reading books and watching movies.

I have taken up the project, menstrual hygiene awareness for girls and women as part of my project for LEAAD (Leadership Enrichment for Adolescents through Assessments and Developments) where we are required to bring about a change in our undertaken project. Through this project I would like to change the thinking of people when they hear the word ‘period’. It should become something which is normal to discuss and seen as not a weakness or inferiority or a stereotype but a natural process.
