Banana Yogurt Face Mask

Banana Yoghurt Face Mask:

There are only three major ingredients for this face mask. Those are – a half ripe banana, half cup plain yoghurt and 1 teaspoon honey.

1. Firstly, crush the banana in a bowl removing all the lumps. Banana contains a high amount of Vitamin C and certain antioxidants useful in cleanse the skin.

2. Prepare the banana paste and add 1 teaspoon of honey and yogurt and mix it well till it is smooth. Yogurt helps in reducing any redness and tightens the pores of the skin. Honey acts as a natural antibiotic that kills the bacteria in the skin and adds moisture.

3. Apply the mask gently on to your face and leave it for 7-10 minutes. Wash it off with warm water.

4. After that, splash cold water on to your face to close the pores.
