Black Forest Mousse

Ingredients
  • 500g

  • 2 tsp
  • 350g
  • 50g
Method of Preparation
  • Place a paper towel on a plate and line it with cherries.
  • Using an electric beater beat the cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Add the rum essence and beat to combine.
  • Layer a serving glass with cream mixture, mousse, cherries and a little reserved syrup, finish with cream mixture.
  • Top with shaved chocolate.
  • Repeat step 4 and 5 for other glasses and serve.
