Boneless Buffalo Wings

Method of Preparation
  • In a medium bowl, mix the flour, paprika and peppers. Take another bowl and whisk the egg with milk. Now, slice each chicken breast into small 6 pieces. In a deep fryer, preheat 4 to 6 cups of vegetable oil upto 375F. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, one at a time. Then, dip the chicken piece into the breading blend. Repeat for every piece. Once all the pieces are coated properly, arrange them carefully on a plate and chill them for 15mins. Now, drop them slowly into the hot oil and fry them for 5 to 6mins, until the pieces have browned properly.
  • On the other hand, mix the margarine and hot sauce in a small bowl. Microwave this sauce for 20 to 30secs until the margarine melts. Stir to mix the sauce properly. You can also use a saucepan to make the sauce. Simply heat the sauce and margarine on low heat until the margarine melts.
  • Once the chicken pieces are fried, remove them on a plate covered with paper towels to remove excess oil. Now, place these chicken wings in a large jar with lid. Slowly, pour the sauce into it. Cover the lid and gently shake the container so that each chicken piece gets properly coated with the sauce.
  • Now, pour the chicken onto a serving plate. Serve the buffalo wings with sliced celery and bleu cheese dressing.
