How To Make?
- Fresh Curd – 1/2 glass
- Cold Water – 1 glass
- Curry Leaves – 2 or 3 leaves
- Coriander leaves – Small bunch of leaves
- Mint leaves – Small bunch of leaves (fewer than coriander)
- Green Chilli – 1 chopped finely
- Ginger – 1 piece (1 inch)
- Black pepper – 2 pods
- Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – To taste
In a blender, add the black pepper, cumin seeds, ginger, green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt. Blend it into a fine paste. Take a bowl and add the curd into it. Add water and then this green paste. Stir well to make a homogenous consistency.
