Give Your Face An Angular Look With Make Up And Hair Style

With just a slight increase in weight, our face tends to look chubbier. The roundness is more profound. There are ways to make the face look a little less round. The two exclusive ways are : Face contours and Hair style. Lets know about these tips more closely.

Face Contour

Face contour is done by using different shades or blushers. Highlight the cheek bone with a light blush-on shade and then dab a little pinkish shade on the hollow of the sucked-in cheeks. Using a bronze shade on the cheek bone has a dramatic effect. The magic lies in the blending of the two shades. The face looks slightly tapered near the cheeks and chin.

Contouring can be done with creams or powders. Use finger-tips to blend, if creams are used. In case of powders use a brush to dab.

Hair Style

Allow your tresses to grow up to the shoulders. Allow a few strands to cover the sides of the face. This helps to cover the roundness of the face. Use a darker hair color to darken the hairs near the scalp. This makes the face appear a little long.

The other ways to create an ‘angular’ effect on the face would be to use fancy long earrings (danglers). These help to distract attention from the face.

Allow a few locks to cover the portion near the scalp. This will break the circular shape of the forehead. Tying a ‘pony tail’ also helps in giving the face an interesting angle. A long Pony tail helps to reduce the roundness of the face.

Eye make up

Giving a feline feel to the eyes; makes them look classical. Extend the eye lashes with liners. Shape the eyebrows in an angle instead of the usual circular one.

Trying a few techniques or combining a few variations will help you select an ideal way to make your face look thinner and graceful.
