Most of us fail to drink as much water as required. Moreover, after a gap of almost eight to ten hours after dinner we do not start the morning with glasses of water.

Start with a glass of (50. Ml) lukewarm water and increase the intake gradually to six or eight glasses over a period of time; approximately three months will help to cleanse your body of the stagnant water of the previous night.  This also helps to prevent constipation.

Since mornings are the flushing time for your system; a proper consumption of water will help to maintain the water level in your body.

The hectic work load and running about, drains not only a lot of fluid but also the minerals in the body. Having fresh water with added fruit salt will help you regain the energy level.

Studies show that drinking a glass of water thirty minutes before lunch or dinner reduce the food intake and also in increasing the metabolic rate and the calorie burning.

Nature has a wonderful choice of fresh fruit and herbs for you to pick and choose. Take a glass of your favorite fruit to quench your thirst as well as keep you nourished for a few hours before lunch.
