Health Tips For A Power Puff Day!

If you find yourself feeling tired more often than not, it’s time to step back and see what you can do about it. If you are among those who find getting up and going to work painful in the morning and feel tired even after a night’s sleep, here are simple ways to beat your fatigue.

Check Your Essential Vitamins Under Check

Modify the Diet :

Calm down, don’t be in a rush all the time. In our hustle and bustle lifestyle, it is difficult to find time for completing the plan schedule.

Slow down :

Stop being so tough to yourself all your life. Have a balanced lifestyle which include work, family and  some “me time” as well. When you slow down, you will also discover that you’re more efficient.

Physically be active, question would be: If I feel tired what can I do to exercise, push yourself to be physically active. It is an excellent way to boost energy levels. Any form of exercise you like, start with that  walking, cycling, swimming, dancing or aerobics, pick up activity of your choice and stick to it.

Drink water all day :

Hydrate yourself with water at regular interval. When you don’t drink enough water, your body gets dehydrated and this leads to tiredness, both physically and mentally. Whether you have desk job or a job to run around, or even if you don’t work make sure you keep bottle of water with you at hand and keep sipping it.

Breathing exercise :

Breathing exercises like deep breathing-in and breathing-out, OM chanting will relax you. Every morning, keep 15 mins aside for breathing exercise. Step out of your office during lunch hour to break monotony of working in a closed environment all morning.

Sleep well :

Six hour to seven hour of sound sleep is essential. Staying up late won’t help you feel better the next day. Try to go to bed earlier than usual and make it a habit to follow a sleep routine that will help you get adequate sleep.

Overcome stress :

Stress is one of the reason for metabolic disorders like high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes and being tired is on top of the criteria  while there are many ways to deal with stress – meditation, working out, listening to music, following a hobby. First you need to understand what is causing all that stress.
