Jai Ho – Review

Story

Major Jai Agnihotri (Salman Khan) is a retired officer who has just one aim in life, To Help the Needy and Encourage people to do the same. Slowly, his group of humanitarian benevolent people grows bigger and starts creating issues for local politician Danny Denzongpa. Meanwhile, his fight against corruption starts affecting his family and that’s when he loses control over his anger. In order to stop this revolution, he targets Jai’s mother and sister. Instead, Jai fights back all his enemies and corruption with the help of voiceless public whom he helped in the past. The movie is based on a topic which is also currently the flavor of the country, particularly with the Kejriwal government and their oppositions in Delhi.

Review

Salman Khan Magic works again! He is the star of the movie and does his task with great ease and simplicity. The movie has a lot of action and less gun shots which makes it different from other action movies. Danny is back after a very long time on the screen and does his villainous act well. Daisy is a fresh face, but does full justice to her limited role in the film.

The fight scenes are nicely shot and backdrop score adds magic to these scenes. The songs directed by Sajid-Wajid are not very catchy though, but surely not forgettable. The concept of the movie is very good and interesting which makes it a must watch. It is a sure entertaining movie with a very strong message for the people. Overall, it is a must watch! So, just book your tickets for the weekend and enjoy your date with Salman Khan.
