How To Make?

Ingredients

  1. Fresh Curd – 1/2 glass
  2. Cold Water – 1 glass
  3. Curry Leaves – 2 or 3 leaves
  4. Coriander leaves – Small bunch of leaves
  5. Mint leaves – Small bunch of leaves (fewer than coriander)
  6. Green Chilli – 1 chopped finely
  7. Ginger – 1 piece (1 inch)
  8. Black pepper – 2 pods
  9. Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt – To taste

Method

In a blender, add the black pepper, cumin seeds, ginger, green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt. Blend it into a fine paste. Take a bowl and add the curd into it. Add water and then this green paste. Stir well to make a homogenous consistency.
