Make a Spanish Omelet To Use Up Leftovers

Take about 4 to 6 eggs to make a nice and yummy Spanish omelet. Chop onions, cooked potato, peppers, chillies, mushrooms, tomatoes and any other thing you find in your refrigerator to make this omelet. Even leftover ham, bacon would be a good choice.

Now, soften all the hard ingredients by tempering them with little oil and cooking them on a frying pan. Add the remaining softer ingredients to it. Beat the egg, season them with salt, pepper and the herbs you have in your kitchen. Pour it over in the frying pan over the other ingredients. Cook on high heat for just a few minutes until the egg begins to set. Now, remove the pan from the heat and pop it over on a preheated grill for about 5 minutes to make it brown. Enjoy with your family in the morning with some hot tea, coffee or even fresh juice.
