Choco Ganache

Ingredients
  • 9 ounces
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 tbsp
Method of Preparation
  • Take a medium sized bowl and place the chocolate in it.
  • In a saucepan, heat the cream on medium flame.
  • Bring it to boil and then add the chopped chocolate pieces into.
  • Whisk the mixture nicely until it forms a smooth paste.
  • Add rum, if you love its flavor.
  • Allow the Choco Ganache to cool before using it on your cakes, pastries, etc.
