Method of Preparation
  • Mix in a bowl soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder.
  • Mix in another bowl 1 cup Picante sauce mixture, chicken and cheese.
  • In the center of each tortilla, spread
  • Place the rolled tortillas, seam-side down in a baking dish.
  • Pour on top the remaining picante sauce mixture over the enchiladas.
  • Cover and bake in an oven for 40 minutes at 350?F.
  • Top with tomato and onion.
