Honey Coated Potato Balls made from Vegit Instant Aloo Mash

Ingredients

Method of Preparation
  • In a mixing bowl, add the Vegit Aloo Mash. Add the water and salt to it. Stir it well and keep aside for 10 mins.
  • Divide the mix into small 15 equal portions.
  • Shape them into balls.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry these potato balls in it, until golden in color.
  • Drain them and keep aside.
  • In a small pan, heat 1 tbsp oil.
  • Add the sesame seeds and roast them lightly. Add the dry red chili pieces.
  • Add honey and sweet chili sauce and stir it properly. Heat the sauce for 3-4 mins on low flame.
  • Add the fried potato balls and toss carefully.
