Method of Preparation
  • 1. Place the yogurt in refrigerator to chill.
  • 2. Combine in a large bowl crushed corn chips, corn kernels, potatoes, onions, tomato, jalapeno, 2 Tbsp green chutney, 3 Tbsp sweet tamarind chutney and salt.
  • 3. Toss together and add chilled yogurt.
  • 4. Mix using a spatula and transfer onto a platter.
  • 5. Drizzle on top the remaining green and sweet chutney.
  • 6. Serve garnished with crushed corn chips and fresh coriander.
