Method of Preparation
  • Heat oil in a wok; add garlic and saut
  • Add the celery and Vegetables and saut
  • Add the schezuan sauce and cook for another minute.
  • Add rice, bean sprouts and salt and mix well.
  • Toss for a few seconds till all the ingredients are mixed.
  • Serve hot.
