Method of Preparation
  • Make a cutlet type mixture with all the above ingredients.
  • Give them a cylindrical shape, dip each cylinder in a batter of cornflour and water then coat each with breadcrumbs and pierce into a toothpick.
  • Deep fry the lollipops until golden brown color.
  • Serve it with Schezwan sauce, Green mint chutney and Cheese sauce in shot glasses.
