Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2
  • 1¼ cups
  • 1 can
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup
Method of Preparation
  • In a skillet heat oil over medium-flame.
  • Add the onions and cook while stirring until they turn brown.
  • Now add the rice, tomatoes, cilantro and chicken broth.
  • Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer on medium-low until the rice is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
