Spinach And Mushroom Cakes
Ingredients For Base

Making the Cake base
- Mix all the ingredients together for the cake base.
Ingredients for Topping

Making the Topping
- In a saucepan, heat a little butter and saute the onions and mushrooms.
- Add the spices and turn off the flame.
- Now add the cream, cheese and eggs.
Making the cake
- Take muffin moulds and add the cake base (biscuit and spinach) made earlier.
- Now pour in the topping mixture into it using a spoon.
- Bake it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- once cold, remove from the mould.
