Whole Wheat & Fruit Muesli Pancake

Method of Preparation
  • Take a bowl and beat the egg with the help of sugar.
  • Then put both whole wheat flour and refined flour and mix it properly.
  • Put some milk and finish it with melted butter.
  • Heat oil in a small pan and put a spoonfull of the batter to make small pancakes.
  • Once cooked, remove the pancake from the pan and place it on your serving plate.
  • Put some muesli on top of every pan cake. Serve hot.
