Method of Preparation
  • Over medium heat brown the ground beef in a skillet until crumbly and not pink, about 10 minutes.
  • Drain the excess grease and add to the beef taco seasoning mix and water.
  • Bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes until thickened.
  • Transfer the beef to a serving bowl.
  • Place the remaining ingredients in separate bowls and allow your guest to assemble their own salad.
