New Year 2015: New Reason to Be Healthy

New Year is the time at which a new calendar year begins and the calendar’s year count is incremented. New Year is the time to make amends and make changes from the year gone by. Welcome the New Year—a great time to get on your way headed for healthier well being. A new year each time commences with the possibilities of fresh hope, of better days to come. However when it comes to New Year resolution, most people focus on weight loss and diet, which collapses by the end of the year. There is no good reason to eat a healthy & balanced diet than for your own fitness and health. To begin with a diet is easy; but hard to stick to, thus, try to resolve to keep up the fitness routine and healthy eating habits. Everyone wishes to stay in the pink of health and it all starts from looking carefully at your own diet. A combination of nutritious diet and exercise regime would be the best way to keep up good health says the health experts.

Exercise – is not only about sweating out at a gym, or jogging for kilo meter on end. To ease yourself into a fitter lifestyle, you can start by climbing stairs, walking whenever possible and involving yourself in some sort of physical activity. Skipping rope has many health benefits. It’s a great fat-buster. It promotes cardio-vascular activity and even fights osteoporosis by boosting bone density.

Diet – Plan your diets weekly and stress on having a big breakfast with a lot of nutrients. It is not necessary to eat only diet food to be in shape. You can eat all kinds of foods from boiled vegetables, fruits to cheese burgers and fried chicken, but eat them in correct proportion and at a right time. Try to replace your regular diet with the better quality foodstuffs which contains all essential nutrients.
