Paddle Yoga: Latest Workout Regime

Yoga is known to be one of the best ways to increase physical well being. Women are often asked to join yoga classes to help promote their health. It basically requires a balancing act on the part of the performer.

The stand-up paddleboard is a large board just like a surfboard. It can be navigated by a single blade paddle. Once the board is paddled out in open water, then the yoga postures are practiced. It is easy for anyone to master. The beginners are taught to balance their weight using their feet. Allow the board to rock a little. It helps in finding the balancing spot.

The easiest poses are to sit and kneel on the board. And don’t be afraid to fall in water. One can learn to perform paddle yoga in a class. The board is wider than a surfboard. All boards are tied to each other to avoid the chances of them drifting away.

The paddle yoga is a sport that is extremely beneficial. It helps in improvement of body balance and increases the strength of the muscles. There is an increase in concentration as the yoga performer tries to balance herself on the board. With time, there is a reduction in fear and increase in flexibility of the body.
