Ingredients
  • 1 cup
  • 2 cups + 1/2 cup for dusting

Method of Preparation
  • In a mixing bowl, mix the maida, salt and cumin seeds.
  • Add little water and knead it to make soft dough.
  • In another bowl, mix the sabudana, potatoes, green chilli paste, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
  • Divide the dough into small portions and roll it on the kitchen platform into small balls.
  • Roll these balls into small puris.
  • Spread the sabudana mixture evenly all across the puri and then roll it into a cylinder.
  • Seal the edges by pressing it with your fingers.
  • Cut it into thin round slices and deep fry.
  • Store it in an air-tight vessel when cool and serve to your guests this Diwali.
