Ingredients

Method of Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, mix the maida, salt and cumin seeds.
- Add little water and knead it to make soft dough.
- In another bowl, mix the sabudana, potatoes, green chilli paste, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll it on the kitchen platform into small balls.
- Roll these balls into small puris.
- Spread the sabudana mixture evenly all across the puri and then roll it into a cylinder.
- Seal the edges by pressing it with your fingers.
- Cut it into thin round slices and deep fry.
- Store it in an air-tight vessel when cool and serve to your guests this Diwali.
