Black Forest Mousse
Ingredients
- 500g

- 2 tsp
- 350g
- 50g
Method of Preparation
- Place a paper towel on a plate and line it with cherries.
- Using an electric beater beat the cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.
- Add the rum essence and beat to combine.
- Layer a serving glass with cream mixture, mousse, cherries and a little reserved syrup, finish with cream mixture.
- Top with shaved chocolate.
- Repeat step 4 and 5 for other glasses and serve.
