Chili Soya Nuggets

Method of Preparation
- Boil the soya granules for 10 min, cool under running water and squeeze and keep aside.
- Sprinkle salt and red chili powder on soya granules and mix well. Coat each piece with corn flour and deep fry.
- Fry the chopped vegetables in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 3 cups water along with the entire pack of knorr Chinese chili pack.
- Cook on low heat for 2minutes and then add the fried soya granules. Cook for another minute or until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
