Method of Preparation
  • Chop into small pieces the shrimp and place in a bowl.
  • Stir in the cilantro and avocado.
  • In another bowl stir the orange soda and ketchup until the foaming stops.
  • Pour the liquid over the shrimp mixture and toss to coat, it should be soupy.
  • Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
  • Serve with saltine crackers.
