Cream Style Corn Espresso
Ingredients

Method of Preparation
- In a non-stick pan heat oil and add finely chopped onion and all capsicum sauté for a while.
- Add ½ tsp red chili sauce and soy sauce and mix well.
- Add corn and spring onion greens and mix well.
- Now add salt, remaining red chili sauce, vinegar and mix. Cook till thick.
- Chop iceberg lettuce and put them into small glass cups.
- Pour the sweet corn mixture over and serve immediately.
