Cream Style Corn Espresso

Ingredients

Method of Preparation
  • In a non-stick pan heat oil and add finely chopped onion and all capsicum sauté for a while.
  • Add ½ tsp red chili sauce and soy sauce and mix well.
  • Add corn and spring onion greens and mix well.
  • Now add salt, remaining red chili sauce, vinegar and mix. Cook till thick.
  • Chop iceberg lettuce and put them into small glass cups.
  • Pour the sweet corn mixture over and serve immediately.
