Daliya Soup
Ingredients

Method of Preparation
- Wash the daliya and soak it in 1 cup water for 1 hour.
- In a frying pan or kadai, heat oil and add the onions, carrot and green peas. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Slowly add the soaked daliya. Now add salt, pepper powder and roasted cumin powder. Mix well and then add 1 1/2 cup water.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the daliya gets cooked.
- Add the lemon juice to the daliya and then mix well.
- Serve hot.
