Method of Preparation
  • Cook potatoes and peas well.
  • Cut spinach finely after blanching and removing the water.
  • Mix mashed potatoes, peas and spinach well. Add green chillies after removing the seeds.
  • In a wok, roast jeera and crush. Mix all the material and allow the mixture to rest for about 120 minutes.
  • Make balls and pres them flat. Shallow fry and serve hot with tomato sauce.
