Healthy Oats Hara Bhara Kebabs

Method of Preparation
- Lightly roast oats in a non-stick pan on a medium flame. Keep aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl add boiled potatoes and green peas. Mash them well.
- Add roasted oats, spinach, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, cashew pieces and salt to taste and combine well.
- Cool the potato dough in the refrigerator for half an hour or till firm.
- Divide the potato dough into equal lemon size balls, and flatten them.
- Place the corn flour on a plate and roll the kebabs till they are well coated.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and place the kebabs on a low flame.
- Cook them evenly on both sides till golden brown and crisp.
- Serve them with ketchup or place them between burger buns for a light snack.
