Kurkure Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp
  • 200 gm
  • 100 gm
  • 100 gm
  • 2 tbsp
Method of Preparation
  • Take 1 leftover roti.
  • Make a cutlet mixture with all above ingredients.
  • Stuff in roti and make a barrel shape.
  • Prick toothpick. Cut in small sizes.
  • Coat with corn flour.
  • Fry deeply until it turns into golden brown colour.
  • Serve hot.
