Lavender with Honey Panna Cotta
Ingredients - For Panna Cotta
- 250 ml
- 250 ml
- 1/2 Tbsp
- 100ml
- ½ tsp
For Pomegranate Reduction
- 500 ml
- 100 gms
Method of preparation - For Panna Cotta
- Combine cream, milk and lavender in a saucepan. Bring to boil and then cover.
- Simmer for at least 10 – 15 min until the lavender steps in.
- Drain the lavender, but make sure to squeeze out all the liquid.
- Next add honey to milk and whisk it lightly before you add the Vanilla.
- Pour into miniature cups or serving ramekins.
- Set in fridge overnight.
- Just before serving pour on cooled pomegranate reduction, sprinkle on some pomegranate seeds,
For Pomegranate Reduction
- Boil the juice with sugar, until it reduces to 1/3 of its quantity
- Let it cool, and divide between the Panna Cotta.
