Masala Chaas/Buttermilk

  • 1 cup
  • 1 small finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
  • ¾ tsp
  • handful finely chopped
  • ¾ tsp
  • To taste
  • 1 cup
  • 2 cubes
Method of Preparation
  • Take fresh thick curd in a deep bowl and add finely chopped green chilli, fresh ginger paste, freshly ground black pepper, coriander leaves, black salt, chaat masala to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients well with the help of a blender.
  • Add chilled water and stir.
  • Add ice cubes into your serving glass and pour masala chaas. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and freshly ground black pepper powder.
