Red Wine Cake

Ingredients

Method of Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 360
  • Grease a 9
  • Mix butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Add to it Vanilla and chocolate chips and mix well.
  • In another bowl mix baking powder and flour.
  • Now add it to the creamed mixture.
  • Add red wine and mix well, but not for too long.
  • Finally add cocoa powder to taste.
  • Pour batter into the greased pan and bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Let cool and decorate as desired.
