Refreshing Lemon Mint Ginger

Ingredients
  • ½ lemon or 10-15ml lemon juice
  • 5-10 gms
  • 5 gms
  • 1 tbsp (can use 1 ½ if you prefer it sweeter)
  • 280 ml
Method of Preparation
  • Clean the medium size grinding jar of the mixer grinder.
  • Squeeze half a lemon or add approximately 15 ml of lemon juice in the grinder.
  • Add peeled small diced ginger and washed mint leaves along with sugar & water.
  • Grind at the maximum speed for 15-20 secs.
  • Strain and serve with a garnish of mint sprig.

Tip: Smack the mint sprig on the back of your hand just before using it as a garnish. This will help in extracting more fragrance from the sprig, making the drink more aromatic.
