Rice Kheer
Ingredients

Method of Preparation
- Soak saffron in 1 tbsps warm milk. Boil milk in a deep non stick pan, add rice and reduce heat.
- Cook, stirring continuously, till the milk reduces to one third of its original quantity.
- Add sugar and mix well, partially crushing the rice, add cardamom powder, saffron milk and mix well
- Serve hot garnished with almond slivers.
