Scallops Provencal

Method of Preparation
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large non-stick skillet. Saute scallops for 4 minutes over medium heat. Use a slotted spoon to remove scallops and keep it aside (but keep it warm).
- Now, add garlic and onion rings to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes. Then, add the remaining ingredients to the skillet and sauté for another 2 minutes. Place scallops on serving plate and pour a spoon of sauce along with the ready skillet over it. Serve hot.
