Method of Preparation
- Make a cutlet type mixture with all the above ingredients.
- Give them a cylindrical shape, dip each cylinder in a batter of cornflour and water then coat each with breadcrumbs and pierce into a toothpick.
- Deep fry the lollipops until golden brown color.
- Serve it with Schezwan sauce, Green mint chutney and Cheese sauce in shot glasses.
