Spinach And Mushroom Cakes

Ingredients For Base

Making the Cake base
  • Mix all the ingredients together for the cake base.
Ingredients for Topping

Making the Topping
  • In a saucepan, heat a little butter and saute the onions and mushrooms.
  • Add the spices and turn off the flame.
  • Now add the cream, cheese and eggs.
Making the cake
  • Take muffin moulds and add the cake base (biscuit and spinach) made earlier.
  • Now pour in the topping mixture into it using a spoon.
  • Bake it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • once cold, remove from the mould.
