Thandai Mousse
Ingredients

Method of Preparation
- Boil agar-agar in half cup of water and half cup of milk.
- Stir the mixture constantly. Add sugar and thandai syrup to the liquid.
- Remove the mixture from the flame. Take a bowl with ice cubes and pour the mixture in it. Until it cools down.
- Add whipped cream and mix it vigorously to avoid lumps.
- Add lemon juice and mix.
- Now pour the mixture equally into two small cups and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Garnish it with pistachio and saffron.
