Thandai Mousse

Ingredients

Method of Preparation
  • Boil agar-agar in half cup of water and half cup of milk.
  • Stir the mixture constantly. Add sugar and thandai syrup to the liquid.
  • Remove the mixture from the flame. Take a bowl with ice cubes and pour the mixture in it. Until it cools down.
  • Add whipped cream and mix it vigorously to avoid lumps.
  • Add lemon juice and mix.
  • Now pour the mixture equally into two small cups and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • Garnish it with pistachio and saffron.
