Veg Fried Rice With Tofu Curry
Veg Fried Rice

Method for Fried Rice
- Take a pan and heat the oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli. Saute for a minute.
- Add the diced onions and carrots. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the diced capsicum, pepper and salt. Also add the boiled rice to the vegetables. Stir well.
- Cook the rice and vegetables for 1 minute and then put it away.
Tofu Curry
- 8 -10 pieces
- 1 tsp
- 2 tsp

Tofu Curry
- Take a kadai or pan and heat the oil. Add the diced onion, carrot, capsicum and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for minutes on high flame.
- Lower the flame and mix the tofu aquares into it. Add the vegetable stock, vinegar and soya sauce into it. Also add the remaining spices and stir slowly.
- Take a small bowl and add the corn flour into 2 tbsp water. Mix well to avoid lumps.
- Add the corn flour paste to the tofu curry and mix well for a few minutes.
- Cook the curry for 3 minutes and then serve hot with the Fried Rice
