Sushant Singh Rajput the actor who came into lime light for his role in “Kai Po Che” is reported to have married his longtime girlfriend Ankita Lokhande. The couple was in a live-in relationship for the past five years.

Rumors are that Sushant and Ankita had to marry due to family pressure from both the families. They have kept their marriage secret because of their acting careers.

A leading newspaper published news which they received from a source in Indore, Ankita’s hometown. The news said that Ankita’s family was very angry and denied the permission of moving in with Sushant. But, they insisted that the couple will be marring soon. The sources also said that the couple got married in Ujjain and on returning to Mumbai they moved in together.

They had first met on the sets of “Pavitra Rishta”. Ankita was proposed by Sushant during his reality show, “Jhalak Dikhla Jaa”.

Sushant Singh showed the world that he is here to stay in the industry for long, with his blockbuster performance in debut movie “Kai Po Che” where his performance was highly appreciated.
The performance fetched him lead role in “Shuddh Desi Romance” released under the Yash Raj banner. He will next be seen working with big names like Shekhar Kapur in “Paani” and Raju Hirani’s “P.K.” along with Aamir Khan in it.
