Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
Ingredients

Method of Preparation
- Take a saucepan and saute diced onion & garlic in olive oil on a medium heat. Do make sure it does not burn.
- Add tomatoes, sugar and basil in the pan. Add salt and pepper in the end and boil the mixture. Boil it for 5 to 6 minutes and see to it that most of the liquid gets evaporated.
- Take the mixture off from the heat and stir it in heavy cream and butter.
- Put on the heat and slowly heat the mixture for 5 more minutes. Tomato cream sauce for pasta is ready to serve.
