Wisconsin Cheese Soup
Ingredients

Method of Preparation
- Mix broccoli, chicken bouillon, carrots, and water in a small saucepan and cook over medium-high heat. Once it starts boiling, cover and reduce heat to medium. Let it cook for 5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
- Take a large saucepan and add some butter. Let it simmer at medium heat. Cook chopped onion in the butter until it is translucent. Add some flour & pepper and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Now, add the milk and let it bubble, then add some cheese and let it melt completely. Finally, add the remaining vegetables and cooking lubricants.
- Heat through, and your soup is ready to be served with crusty bread.
