It has been while now, that the super hero from Krrish and his family were denying about the separation. But however, the news is now confirmed that one of the most beautiful couple of Bollywood is a parting.

Sussanne and Hrithik were childhood sweethearts. Both dated for four years before getting married in 2000. The couple his blessed with two sons; Hrehaan and Hridhaan, seven and five respectively.

“Sussanne has decided to separate from me and end our 17 year relationship. This is a very trying time for the entire family and I request the media and the people to grant us our privacy at this time,” Hrithik stated.

The media had kept buzzing for a while now with rumours about the couple having some serious problems in the relationship. Sussanne had been keeping distance from the Roshan family for a while; she just made a quick exit at Roshan Sr’s birthday party. She was also missing from Ganesh Mahotsav celebrations at Roshans residency. Rumours are Roshan Jr’s closeness with his Kites co-actor Barbara Mori is the reason. But the reason for divorce is not been confirmed yet, by anyone from the family.

Sussanne had moved out of the house and was living with her parents Sanjay and Zarine Khan for a few months. The couple was not seen together in public appearances together. Sussanne was even missing on the premiere of Krrish 3. Hrithik was missing from the launch of Sussanne’s new store. Sussanne had announced that he would be present at launch on December 11. But thanks to good friend Salman Khan who saved the day by his appearance.

Although the couple is getting separated, Duggu still believes in the institution of marriage. The actor stated: “I do not wish this news to dis-empower my fans and the people about the institution of marriage in any way. I am a firm believer in this institution and respect and honor it at the highest level. And once again I thank my fans for all the concern and prayers for my health, my treatment is going well and I should be able to resume my life in every way very soon. Thank you.”

‘Bang Bang’ with Katrina Kaif and ‘Shuddhi’ with Kareena Kapoor are the upcoming projects of Hrithik Roshan.
