Dr. Anagha Karkhanis, Senior Gynaecologist and Infertility Specialist, is the Director of Cocoon Fertility, one of India’s leading chains of IVF centres catering to infertility and related conditions.

Dr. Anagha has been working in the field of fertility since 2006 and has been trained in Ireland, India and Germany. She completed her Masters in IVF and Reproductive Medicine from London and was awarded the Diploma in Reproductive Medicine from Germany and the Endoscopy & Minimal Access Surgery Fellowship from Mumbai. She has also been accredited for Infertility Management Fellowship in Mumbai.

Dr. Anagha has had a scholar’s career throughout her training and has received various scholarships for academic excellence. She has presented medical audits and was invited as a speaker for Robotic Surgery and Advanced Fertility Techniques at national conferences.  Dr. Anagha has won the Leading Medical Woman Entrepreneur award at the Times Power Women 2018. She is also the recipient of the prestigious Maharashtra Achiever’s Award for Fertility Specialist of the Year, 2018. She is an active Rotarian and has done various charity projects with her local Rotary club. Her special interests are in management of PCOS and uterine factor infertility and intrauterine surgeries.

Besides being a highly skilled IVF specialist, she is also an accomplished singer and her creative expressions take the form of oil on canvas paintings.
