Diet Protein Pancakes

  • 1 cup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
  • 4
  • 1 (optional)
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 sachet
  • 100 ml
  • 1/2 Tbsp
Method of Preparation
  • Pour flour, baking powder, 4 egg white, one egg yolk and milk in the bowl and whisk until smooth texture is achieved.
  • Add cinnamon powder and one sachet of your favourite ONLY SHRED series protein powder whisk until it blends smooth.
  • Melt butter in the pan
  • Then pour the mixture into a non-stick pan to achieve a desired size for the pancakes
  • Cook till it gets golden brown and serve it with fresh fruits in the morning.
